The Legal Tiger Team members will provide rapid response to urgent demands, additional specialized skills, or requests for services that cannot otherwise be accomplished in a country where personnel have been displaced, or where there has been a surge of activity that exceeds the capacity of that of USAID’s personnel. The USPSC must be prepared to work abroad in USAID missions and embassies, often with little time for preparations.
