Description This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to solicit bids from qualified firms to provide actuarial consulting services for the Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) Employees’ Retirement and Pension (Pension Plan) System and Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB) Trust.
