ADA Improvements to interior restrooms and exterior ramps at the Parkhurst Elementary School.
The scope of work is further detailed in the specifications and includes new windows, HVAC, fire sprinklers, exterior entrance improvements and some ADA upgrades.
Description of Work: Base bid work generally includes ADA accessibility sidewalk and exterior lighting improvements with approximately 350 yards of 6” PCC sidewalk replacement, approximately 900 yards of 9” PCC street pavement replacement, PCC curb and gutter, parking stall improvements including signs and signposts, exterior site lighting and electrical improvements, site erosion and sod installation.
