The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is soliciting proposals for Space-Based Adaptive Communications Node (Space-BACN) Technical Area (TA) 3: Cross-Constellation Communications Command and Control. Contributors will help DARPA determine how commercial communications constellations will interact with DoD systems in a space-to-space interconnected future.
Additionally, this award will provide services to strengthen USAID/Mali’s monitoring, evaluation and learning capabilities, and other targeted local partners and Government of Mali (GOM) stakeholders.Activities under this Contract may include:Supporting monitoring services through a Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) mechanism;Conducting evaluation services and surveys; andProviding support for the collaboration, learning and adaptive management and Communication
Other Information Description This is a requirements contract to provide augmentative communication and adaptive equipment as manufactured by Attainment Company that offers an innovative ‘high’ technology approach to communication by using pictures to evoke voice output for disabled students who generally struggle with reading and writing. Special Education students will use these products to assist with their academic learning.
Knowledge and experience in the application of structured decision making and adaptive management, communication, or technical writing are routinely applied in completing tasks.This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities.
Assists in applying learning to strategic planning, project and activity design and implementation through adaptive management.
