Work included under this Project consists of the upgrade of the intersection at Rosedale and S Church Streets (currently an offset four-way approach with N/S stop sign controlled intersection) to include the installation of a traffic signal, new ADA facilities (push buttons, countdown hand/man signals, etc.), and the addition of pavement markings to address alignment issues.Contract Time: 10 weeks ARO Prevailing Wage applies to this scope of workLiquidated

In addition to pavement improvements, utility improvements such as stormwater, water, and wastewater will be addressed on selected streets.

This professional engineering services contract supplement provides for design services not anticipated at award and includes: noise abatement wall design, addition of pavement reconstruction deferred from an adjacent contract, additional soil boring for expanded structural work, and environmental sampling and reporting due to CCDD regulation changes.

In addition to the pavement improvements wastewater pipe bursting, water line, sidewalk, curb and gutter, ADA curb ramps, storm water and driveway improvements will be included. The Project will be coordinated and approved by the City of Corpus Christi’s Engineering Services Department.
