It would be in the best interest of the Government to have reach-back capabilities for the additional design refresh (code compliance) services of Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., who again has intimate project knowledge, with the intent of awarding a sole source Stand-Alone "C" contract on this project for their design refresh services.
