This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide printing and incidental installation of seventeen large-scale adhesive color graphics for the initial displays for the new Root Hall (Building 651) of the U.S. Army War College.

Matte UV overlaminate for added protection and color fastness. 8-10yr durability expected.
