Mount Morris Dam North Adit Tunnel Repairs –Work consists of providing all plant, labor, materials, etc. needed to develop and install repairs to the North Adit Tunnel at Mount Morris Dam.  The tunnel is reinforced concrete installed through shale.  The length of tunnel to be repaired is approximately 20 feet long and 5 feet wide.  It was constructed with a flat bottom and arched ceiling.  The radius of the arched ceiling is 2 feet 6 inches. 

Stage 1 General Construction at Alouette Surge Tower Project Description :BC Hydro is seeking for a qualified general contractor to perform construction work that includes the upgrade and/or repairs the adit tunnel, surge shaft, surge tower, rock slopes, construct a new laydown area and supply and install of back up power and communication at Alouette Generating Station.

The Project objective is to effect repairs that allow the tunnel to reach its 75-year service life by: • repairing damage to the concrete tunnel lining, and • prevent future damage from uplift forces by clearing existing weep holes and creating new weep holes where appropriate.
