On April 12, 2024, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development adopted regulations changes in Title 12, Chapter 52 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on April 19, 2024, and are effective on May 19, 2024. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.The regulation changes will first appear in Register 250, July 2024 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the State Board of Veterinary Examiners. On February 1, 2024, the State Board of Veterinary Examiners adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 68 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed, and filed by the Lieutenant Governor (or designee) on March 18, 2024, and will go into effect on April 17, 2024. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations. The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 250, July 2024 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
Department of RevenuePost-Filing NoticeAdopted and Filed Regulations The Alaska Department of Revenue has adopted regulations pertaining to the Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend under 15 AAC 23 regarding donations to the dividend raffle fund, raffle procedures, and the award of prizes as authorized by AS 43.23.230. The proposed changes were publicly noticed in October 2020.
Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the State Board of Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors On February 8, 2024, the State Board of Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 36 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
On February 23, 2024, the Board of Dental Examiners adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 28 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
