REQUIREMENTSThis is a Fixed Price contract for production manufacturing of three (3) each of Retractable Sheaves, Part Number (P/N) 3491AS0500-2 STARBOARD and Retractable Sheaves P/N 3491AS0500-3 (PORT) in support of the Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG) System. The Contractor shall manufacture the Retractable Sheave Assembly in accordance with Government drawings.
Ford Class Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG) Water Twister (WT) Mod-II requirements.
The SCS Software manages the Arresting Gear Mode of Operation, the Operator WKS displays, and the current Arresting Gear aircraft setting. The SCS functions as the centralized communications hub for the Arresting Gear LAN and handles all message traffic between the Arresting Gear and external ship systems: Aviation Data Management and Control System (ADMACS) and Landing Area Status Signal System (LASSS).

The anticipated order will be for the efforts needed to develop depot capability requirements necessary to perform depot level repair of repairable assemblies for the AAG system and address component level repair for the approximate 243 Depot Level Repairable (DLR) items.
