NSWCDD is seeking information on companies that can provide continued development, rapair, evaluation, and procurement of Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) Transcoded GPS/INS (Global Positioning System/Inertial Navigation System)/SAASM (Selective Availablility Anti-Spoofing Module) Malitary-Code (M-Code) systems for use with BMS platforms. These platforms consist of variouls DOD platforms operating on Surface, Air, and Land.

The ED3 is a secure military GPS receiver that distributes positioning, navigation, and timing data to multiple client systems concurrently. The latest configuration of D3, called Enhanced D3 (ED3) can host either a legacy SSI form factor GB-GRAM or MGUE card.The ED3 was procured as Non-developmental item (NDI), and the Government does not own any technical data for the ED3 software or hardware.
