The Program provides incentives to low-income consumers in disadvantaged communities to replace their older vehicles with new or used advanced technology vehicles or alternative transportation options. Authorized dealerships will sell or lease new or used hybrid electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles, and battery electric vehicles to eligible vehicle owners in the Program.
