RFP for Real Estate Advisory and Brokerage Services Project Description :Infrastructure Ontario is seeking to procure a brokerage (the "Brokerage") to develop an Expression of Interest and engage market interest on behalf of the Government of Ontario. Refer to Appendix A of Schedule 3 for a detailed scope of Services.
The successful vendor(s) will provide comprehensive reinsurance advisory and brokerage services and will be tasked with advising and assisting Citizens on all matters related to the transfer of risk of loss from catastrophic events, including, but not limited to: • access to all risk-transfer markets; • brokerage administration services; • catastrophe modeling (“CAT Modeling”) and meteorology; • reserve estimating (as further defined in Section 2.3
) invites qualified firms to submit proposals for Commercial Real Estate Advisory and Brokerage Services within ACWD’s service area, which includes the cities of Fremont, Newark and Union City, California.
