The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to utilize other than full-and-open competition to award a contract modification under existing AEGIS Combat Systems Engineering Agent (CSEA) contract N00024-13-C-5116 to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LM RMS), located in Moorestown, New Jersey (NJ).The intended contract modification will require LM RMS to provide AEGIS Capability Package 2023 (CP23) and Capability Package 2024 (CP24) engineering

Lockheed Martin, Rotary and Mission Systems, Moorestown, New Jersey, is awarded a $92,500,000 cost-plus-incentive-fee and cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously-awarded contract N00024-13-C-5116 for AEGIS Combat System Engineering Agent (CSEA) efforts for the design, development, integration, test and delivery of Advanced Capability Build 20. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey.

This contract for support services and supplies for the 400Hz and 60Hz AEGIS Combat System, to procure engineering design, change development, field service technical support, in-house technical support, depot support, procure and provide ORDALT kit provisioning and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for NSWC PHD. This contract includes both Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursable line items.

LM RMS is the current Combat Systems Engineering Agent (CSEA) for the AEGIS Weapon System under NAVSEA Contract N00024-13-C-5116. Therefore, it is the only firm with the requisite expertise, experience, and knowledge capable of satisfying the Governments requirements within the requisite schedule.Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact LM RMS directly.

LM RMS is the only qualified source to perform Ship Integration & Test (SI&T) for AEGIS CG and DDG Class ships through ACB 16/TI 16 certification testing and final delivery and is the only source capable of providing the required engineering, technical efforts, and Planning Yard services for the AEGIS Ashore sites.

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to conduct other than full and open competition modification to contract N00024-14-C-5104 to Lockheed Martin Corp located in Moorestown, New Jersey.The awarded modification will satisfy the completion of AEGIS Ship Intergation and Test (SI&T) requirements. 

Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, the Government awarded this contract modification on a sole source basis. Posting of the redacted Justification & Approval is forthcoming.
