The City of Portland is seeking proposals from qualified proposers with demonstrated experience in vended meals for at-risk after school programs. The City intends to award up to two (2) agreements with qualified vendors to provide vended meals.
For ten years, Carroll County offered after-school programs in all middle schools through a 21 st Century Learning Center grant, but when that funding ended in 2009, the programs were discontinued.
