The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Dynex Technologies for their Bronze Service Agreement covering the Dynex Agility System used for ELISA serological test performance. This contract action is for a service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).

The scope of this requirement is professional services in support of the U.S. Geological Survey¿s (USGS) National Strong Motion Project (NSMP, https://earthquake.usgs.gov/monitoring/nsmp/,) which operates and maintains strong-motion instruments at more than 660 ground, free-field, and reference sites, and more than 3,200 channels of data from about 180 structural arrays.
