All interested parties should respond.The New York Air National Guard may issue a solicitation and award of a contract for “MODERN AIR COMBAT ENVIRONMENT (MACE) SOFTWARE TRAINING,” subject to availability of funds. The New York Air National Guard is seeking qualified, experienced sources capable of:Combination of classroom and hands-on training for the Modern Air Combat Environment (MACE) software used on our trainer of record, the MJAT.
The proposed contract action, a commercial item purchase in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, is for one (1) copy of Modern Air Combat Environment (MACE) software, one (1) copy of MACE Electronic Warfare software, two (2) copies of MetaVR's Virtual Reality Scene Generator software, and one (1) copy of Worldwide OSM database for MACE software, to include on-site support/training.
Battlespace Simulation will be providing the following:• 1ea Modern Air Combat Environment (MACE) Equipment and Software Battlespace Simulations, Inc. (CAGE: 4KC80) is the only vendor with the rights for MACE. They created the software and hold the license for it. Getting any updates and support for their product, which is currently a part of our training simulator requires purchasing their support.
Air combat simulator that has surface to air threat simulation software/hardware and is able to accompish visualization of radar systems to the puse level. Has 3-D viewer of the combat invironment, capability to view electronic warfare environment in 3-D for mission planning and rehearsal, and is able to simulate complex and contested environment from land, sea and air assets.

The contractor shallfurnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and other items necessary toperform to the standards identified in the Performance Requirements Summary (PRS).
