This effort is for Training Support of the Air Combat Training System (ACTS) Mission. The contractor shallfurnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and other items necessary toperform to the standards identified in the Performance Requirements Summary (PRS). The contractor shallprovide continuity of operations and well maintained equipment to safely accommodate all aircrew trainingneeds.

In spite of the initial pro-active and early planning, the net result of the personnel shortfalls and pandemic response impacts have significantly delayed ACC/A3AR in supplying AMIC with a complete requirements package, jeopardizing the planned contract action schedule and risking a lapse in training services.
