The intent of this RFQ is to establish Supply Arrangements with a Vendor that can meet the specifications, who will be providing the required Portable Air Conditioning Units in a timely manner, when and/or if required, on a supply only basis during this RFQ’s Contract period. Contract duration The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/08/28.
Installation and disposal/removal of existing Air Conditioning units are optional CLINs with a tentative Period of Performance of 1 October 2018 through 1 March 2019.The offeror must be actively registered in the System for Award Management Registration to be considered for award.
