NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGES ON AIR QUALITY CONTROL IN THE REGULATIONS OF THE ALASKA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION BRIEF DESCRIPTION The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation proposes to revise regulations on air quality for the Fairbanks North Star Borough (FNSB) nonattainment area.
