The Maricopa County Air Quality Department (MCAQD) is requesting air quality engineering and technical services to include the review of Title V and Non-Title V air quality permit applications including accelerated permit actions together with technical consultation on topics pertaining to air quality regulation, such as air quality monitoring, air quality modeling, and air quality policy development and implementation.

PCAQCD also reviews ambient air impact analysis reports to ensure that ambient impacts of the project will conform to applicable air quality standards. PCAQCD is seeking the assistance of a consultant to assist in these efforts. PCAQCD shall be responsible for final review of modeling protocols and results. PCAQCD shall also be responsible for issuance of correspondence to regulated sources.

The total potential emissions of regulated air pollutants, other than greenhouse gases, is 41 tons per year. ADEC Preliminary Review: Based on review of the application, ADEC drafted a preliminary permit decision for the Kenai Refinery, KPL, and Nikiski Terminal under AS 46.14 and 18 AAC 50.  

Any changes to existing generators assembly or operation may require Bay Area Air Quality Management District, review for Authority to Construct and/or Permit to Operate, contractor is required to submit and obtain all permits.
