NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE BOA CALL: The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Medium Range Recovery (MRR) Procurement Division intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) – Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (Cage Code 78286), under Basic Ordering Agreement SPE4A1-22-G0005 for the items listed below.
The 27th Special Operations Aircraft Maintenance Squadron requires 2500 gallons of Type I Propylene Glycol concentrate de-icing fluid. The de-icing fluid must be listed on the the Winter 2021-2022 Type I FAA tested fluids table which can be found in the attachments. Delivery of the requested de-icing fluid must be carried out via tanker truck and pumped into Cannon Air Force Base storage containers.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented withadditional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government has a requirement for a Aircraft Arresting System Parts. See attached solicitation for details.

PORTABLE FLUORESCENT LAMPS AND PORTABLE INSTRUMENTS CONTAINING MERCURY SHALL BE SHOCK PROOF AND CONTAIN A SECOND BOUNDARY OF CONTAINMENT OF THE MERCURY OR MERCURY COMPOUND. (IAW NAVSEA 5100-003D).
