This is a Request for Information (RFI) notice to assist the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ in conducting market research regarding of Peculiar Support Equipment to provide maintenance support to the E2-D aircraft and weapons systems throughout its entire life-cycle.The PSC for this requirement is 4920 the NAICS is 334515 with a size standard of 750 employees.  All interested businesses are encouraged to respond. 

NGSC is the original designer, developer and manufacturer of the E-2/C-2 aircraft and weapons systems and is the only source with the requisite knowledge, experience and technical expertise to continue production support for the E-2/C-2 aircraft and weapons systems to meet the Navy’s requirements. NGSC does not have any known authorized distributors for this equipment.

The Product Service Code is L010 Technical Representation Services: Weapons. Currently 18 weapons systems are supported. The most common include: Aircraft Armament Equipment (AAE), Sidewinder 9X, Long Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM), and Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM).

The parts to be added are all Honeywell International sole source items which are licensed exclusively to KLX Aerospace Solutions (now Boeing Distribution Services) and include Regulator Parts Kits, Socket Screw Caps, and Shims that are used on various Weapons Systems including, but not limited to the F/A-18 A-D, E/F, G Aircraft, and F-108 Aircraft (CFM-56, KC135A). 

The parts to be added are all Honeywell International sole source items which are licensed exclusively to KLX Aerospace Solutions (now Boeing Distribution Services) and include Regulator Parts Kits, Socket Screw Caps, and Shims that are used on various Weapons Systems.  Other interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than September 3, 2019. 

The DAiTA Group contains Advanced Aircraft Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (AARDT&E) laboratories capable of operating either independently or collaboratively to provide complete test and evaluation of aircraft and weapons systems across multiple Departments and Divisions.
