The USAF is establishing a 10-year contract for the sustainment of Aircraft Engine Test Stands.The Engine Test Stand (ETS) system has two different top-level configurations: the T-20 and the T-21 series.

NAVSUP intends to issue a 5 year renewal BOA to support the Aircraft Engine Components Test Stand (AECTS) System. (See attached NSNs). The applicable NAICS code is 334111. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.

The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the data, expertise, capabilities, and experience to advise multiple FMS countries on their Aircraft Engine Test Cell requirements, manufacture the Test Cell, install that Test Cell in FMS location, and provide ongoing maintenance services to sustain FMS aircraft engine test equipment. Test Cell includes an Engine Test Stand and a Hush House.

The MEAK-29 is used to test the V-22 Constant Frequency and Variable Frequency Generators (CFG & VFG) which it connects to the Aircraft Engine Component Test Stand (AECTS).  Currently the MEAK-29 connects the CFG & VFG to the AECTS to perform Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP). The MEAK-29 also includes an oil cooling reservoir and an electrical test box in order to perform the ATPs.  

The Aircraft Engine Components Test Stand (AECTS) P/N: 101990, CAGE 06659, NIIN 01-464-2615 is a universal test stand that will meet land base and shipboard requirements. The MEAK adapter set is used to test the V-22 Constant Frequency and Variable Frequency Generators (CFG & VFG) which connects to the AECTS.

ITEM DESCRIPTION            This part is a sub assembly of the A/M37T-20/A/B/C Aircraft Engine Test stands. The            Bellmouth Assembly is responsible for smooth flow of air entering the engine under test             and to protect the engine from foreign object damage. Impediment to Competition:  The original equipment manufacturer for this item is Atec Inc.
