Contractor will provide all new OEM materials, supervision, labor, and the necessary equipment to repair 52 Aircraft Sunshades manufactured by Big Top Shelters (52 each 82’ x 58’ x 28’ shelters) located at Moody AFB, GA.  Ordering period is for 5 years. All questions are due by 17 June 2022 at 1:00 PM EST.Please see attached Solicitation and Statement of Work for more information.

The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for the project titled Aircraft Sunshades Refresh which will encompass: replacement & installation, maintenance, lightning certification and repair of aircraft sunshades.

Correspondence sent via email shall contain a subject line that reads "FA2823-19-Q-9039, Aircraft Sunshades." If this subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through e-mail filters at Eglin AFB. Filters are designed to delete emails without a subject or with a suspicious subject or attachment. Attachments with files ending in .zip or .exe are not allowable and will be deleted.
