The office of AFLCMC/HBKAA intends to award a contract in support of the JSTARS E-8C Aircrew Training Device (ATD) Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) and Training System Support Center (TSSC) Operations.This acquisition will be issued sole source to Rockwell Collins (CAGE Code: 00WX8). The proposed period of performance is 4 August 2019 to 3 August 2029. The applicable NAICS code is 541511.The Government does not own technical data.
The office of AFLCMC/HBKAA intends to award a contract up to 36 months including FAR 52.217-8 Extension of Services Clause incorporated in support of the Aircrew Training Device (ATD) for the JSTARs E-8c fleet. The JSTARS Simulator ATD contract, FA8529-15-C-0001, includes engineering services and contract logistics support (CLS) for training simulators utilized by the U.S. Air Force for required flight simulation certifications.
