The regulations are attached to the bottom of this notice. The Lieutenant Governor signed and filed the regulation on November 19, 2020, and they become effective December 19, 2020.

The regulations are attached to the bottom of this notice. The Lieutenant Governor signed and filed the regulation on April 5, 2023 and they become effective May 5, 2023.
