The Alaska Department of Family and Community Services is seeking professional design services to provide bid ready plans, specifications, and a construction cost estimate for a project at the Alaska Veterans and Pioneers Home, Palmer Alaska. Project scope is to replace portions of the interior crawl space sewer line, approx. 80ft, and exterior sewer line, approx. 40ft, that has failed and been temporarily repaired and is in use.
