Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Seattle District intends to award one (1) firm fixed price contract for Park Attendant Services at Albeni Cove 22 Recreation Area located near Albeni Falls Dam in Oldtown, Idaho. Contractor shall provide all personnel, living quarters and transportation to perform the duties as defined in the attached solicitation's Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The Government intends to award a non-personal commercial services, firm fixed price contract to provide Park Attendant services at Albeni Cove 21 Recreation Area. The recreation area is approximately 1 mile east of the Town of Priest River on Highway 2, in Bonner County, Idaho.This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this action is 721211 - RV (Recreational Vehicle) Parks and Campgrounds.

This requirement is to construct new fencing at the Albeni Cove Recreation Area, which is a property of the Albeni Falls Dam Project in Oldtown, Idaho.  Section 1 requires the construction of 1280 feet of new 7-foot chain-link fence (5-foot fabric) along the property boundary with 3 wildlife crossings. 

Provide and deliver all plants to Albeni Cove Campground at Strong Island in Oldtown, ID.
