Addendum 1 Project Name: Alberta Banks Park Fencing and Dugout Repairs IFB Number #052-43 – Addendum 1 March 23, 2023 A pre-bid meeting was held on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. The meeting was held at Alberta Banks Parks, 5575 GC Crow Road #2704, Field 1, Flowery Branch, GA 30542. We had six (6) companies represented at the meeting.
The vendor will provide and construct approximately 170 linear feet of 8' tall security fencing with 2' of barbed and razor wire, for a total of 10’ tall. A 1’x1’ mow strip will need to be integrated into the fencing. New corner post will need to be set where the old fencing and new fencing meet. One-man gates will be integrated into the fencing for emergency use.
