Peterson is a 64' aluminum catamaran with a 24' beam; 45 gross tons. For the safety of the vessel and life at sea, (2) marine generators are required in order to safely provide a backup system should a generator fail while underway. The inability of a generator will leave the vessel inoperable and in danger of damage or grounding putting personnel at danger.

Offerors are to include a technical description of the services being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation as seen in the Evaluation Factors as seen in the attachment.
