The contractor will provide ambulance services as needed for beneficiaries of the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Health Care System (SFVAHCS). These services are to assure appropriate and safe transportation for authorized beneficiaries between SFVAHCS and UCSF, requiring mechanical circulatory support (MCS) or extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) ambulance transportation.

Contractor agrees to provide non-emergency ambulance services on an as needed basis for the clients of Department of Developmental Services¿ (DDS) Stabilization, Training, Assistance and Reintegration (STAR) Community Crisis homes, located in Costa Mesa, California, to and from outpatient community facilities, and local and other hospitals as requested by the facility.

Provide Backup Advanced Life Support 911 emergency ground ambulance services, on an as-needed basis, twenty-four hours per day 7 days per week for a one-year term beginning on July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, with four (4) additional one year option periods.
