The file number is ADA-90378 and the lessee is College Utilities Corporation. The existing lease will expire on July 31, 2029.

PROPOSAL TO AMEND A LEASE OF LAND AT FAIRBANKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTThe Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State of Alaska, has received a request to amend Land Lease Agreement ADA-90841 at Fairbanks International Airport. The lessee is Copper River Rentals LLC. The agreement is in holdover, and the proposed amendment would extend the term of the lease by 7 years – through November 30, 2030.
