This is a Sources Sought Notice (herein referred to as a Request for Information) issued by the Department of State, Office of Acquisition for the American Embassy Kingston to acquire janitorial services for real property owned by the US Government at the New Embassy Compound and at the Colin Powel Plaza.
Department of State (DOS) requires as a result of this solicitaiton to award a time and materials contract with firm-fixed price and cost-reimbursable elements for the Local Guard Services at the American Embassy in Kingston hereinafter known as the U.S. Mission Jamaica. The U.S. Mission Jamaica requires a secure environment to conduct their mission.
