Approximately 20-30 participants comprised of ECO AmeriCorps members and their Host Site Supervisors will be in attendance for each training. The goal of these trainings is to help people of different generations communicate, understand one another, and work together more effectively.
Currently there are approximately 40 Senior Participants, with the possibility of approximately ten (10) additional AmeriCorps Volunteer participants, which would result in a total of 50 paid participants. Program participants are considered “Trainees” and not SONM Employees. Trainee participants receive no benefits except FICA, Workers’ Compensation and “necessary sick leave”.
Participants are encouraged to review the 2019 Performance Measure Instructions prior to attending this webinar.
