Naval Research Laboratory requires Hazardous Waste Disposal, Laboratory Analysis and emergency services, to include all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, materials, packing, containers, labels, packing slips, Land Disposal Restriction documents, Manifests (State and Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest), and services.
