Solicitation Description: HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for a contractor to provide lead sample analysis services for the Environmental Lead Investigators for the Blood Lead Surveillance Branch of the Department of State Health Services Laboratory.
The agreement resulting from this RFP will provide bridge inspection and analysis services to meet the federal requirements.Project Scope:The DEPARTMENT will write Master Agreements with the selected firms and issue Task Orders to accomplish completion of required Bridge Inspections.
This is a statewide agreement for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation in which the Contractor shall provide water/wastewater sampling and analysis services to include: field services/sample collection, courier services/sample transport, analytical services, and sampling supplies. Bidders are not required to bid on all locations (refer to Exhibit E, List of Participating Locations).

The requirement provides sample analyses of water, soil, sludge, sediment, and other matrices in operating environments and military bases to ensure the safety and security of all who work there. The LS currently analyses water samples for organic, inorganic, and biological organisms in support of the DCPH-A mission. However, the LS does not currently have the analytical capacity to perform all required sampling analyses including analyses on deployment locations and in natural or man-made disaster locations.***Please see the attached Sources Sought Notice and Draft PWS***
