Clarivate Analytics is the sole provider for access to the required evaluation tool and journal. This requirement is for the renewal of an online subscription. The subscription period is for the 2023 calendar year, 1/1/23-12/31/23. The Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Science (SC) has a requirement for online access to the InCites and Benchmarking & Analytics web-based research evaluation tool and the Journal and Highly Cited Data.
Establish a follow-on contract to renew an online subscription to the InCites Benchmarking & Analytics web-based research evaluation tool and the Journal and Highly Cited Data. Contract type is firm-fixed for a one-year base period and four one-year option year periods.
