This project proposes to develop 11,042 USF for ICE in the Anchorage Historic Federal Building. ICE will occupy most of the west wing and some of the south wing of the lower level, and the entire lower level “NARA Admin” area of the 1958 addition.The construction contractor must consider the GSA’s historic preservation plan for the building and potential impacts to historic character defining features.
