PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT OF INTENT TO EXECUTE AN IDIQ CONTRACT ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS TO SIERRA NEVADA CORPORATION. 

This is an announcement of intent for a proposed demonstration of Robotic, Artificial Intelligence, and Autonomy technologies at Fort Benning Georgia, in September, 2020. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary with no obligation incurred by the United States Government (USG). The USG will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals, or quotations. No solicitation documentation is available, and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice.

USACE- Seattle District has issued a sole source purchase order to Pacific Netting Products in the amount of $547,585.00. USACE hereby makes the justification publicly available. Please see the attached Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition.

The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
