This procurement is being solicited to obtain services that include one year of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual tests and inspections, and emergency repairs of all Fire Monitoring, Alarming, and Protection systems in buildings on the campus of SHC.
The services include monthly inspections, maintenance, annual no-load tests, five year full-load test, annual QEI inspections, monthly reports, emergency call-in dispatch and minor repairs for 19 elevators throughout Fort Detrick.
