The purpose of this RFP is to provide and identify for the California State University Foundation (CSU Foundation) a highly qualified vendor to provide Administrative Services and Investment Services for the Systemwide Charitable Gift Annuity Program. The CSU Foundation is open to having separate vendors provide Administrative Services and Investment Services, or one vendor that provides both.

The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) is soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) annuity program. Federal Law sets forth five annuity methods that are required to be made available to eligible TSP participants and beneficiaries.

Process and store annuity payment information. Each quarter, gift annuity payments are withdrawn from their respective investment accounts and the money wired to the gift annuity program administrator. Add a new annuitant or change or delete existing annuitant. If new annuity agreements or changes to the annuity agreements are received by Development, they are entered into the system. Calculate, track and post endowment distribution (payout).
