This project is to fully renovate the building add an antenna platform above the building and a small addition at the back of the building. Renovations to include interior partitions, finishes, specialties, HVAC, updated electrical, and reskinning the exterior building envelope. When complete the space will be a clean and secure high-tech research space.

The restorations will generally include inspecting, making any needed repairs to ensure they are safe and in condition required by regulation, removing any HAZMAT, cleaning and repainting.
