The purpose of this bid is to offer space for lease on the existing Pulaski Avenue Water Storage Tank for the installation of cellular communication antennae. Bid Documents and Plans for the proposed Lease prepared by David J.
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) requires the renewal of site access for antennae and equipment space for an additional one year period beginning July 1, 2020. Global Tower Holding, LLC, 750 Park of Commerce Blvd, Ste 300, Boca Raton, FL 33487 is the only vendor that can meet this requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 531120.
Rooftop Antennae: This procurement with have a requirement of rooftop availability for the occupying agency to place antennae. These will be mounted on a non-penetrating roof mount. Coax runs will be needed to connect antennae to agency occupied space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
