The FAA is seeking information on Challenger 600 AOG Maintenance and Scheduled Maintenance Support Program. Interested parties should review the attached statement of work (SOW) and excel pricing information document.  The FAA is interested in industry comments on the SOW, capabilities specific to the SOW, and common business practice information related to past IDIQ AOG support.

Scheduled maintenance includes hourly and calendar items in accordance with the Bombardier Low Utilization Maintenance Plan (LUMP). Unscheduled maintenance will include repairs of deficiencies found during hourly and/or calendar inspections, and AOG items that will require Drop-In Service or mobile/aircraft-location AOG maintenance troubleshooting and repair.

FAA Flight Program Operations recognized a need for a single contract for Bombardier Challenger 600 series for aircraft maintenance services. The requirements include scheduled maintenance, unscheduled/Aircraft on Ground (AOG) response, Technical Services, Engineering Support, and parts/tools rental.  These services are required to address airframe, CF34‐3A1 and CF34‐3B engines, Auxiliary Power Unit (APU), and avionics.

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS: The Successful Offeror will conduct annual, 50 and 100 hour inspections in accordance with applicable regulations. In addition, the Successful Offeror will perform acceptance checks and logbook reviews of leased aircraft and pre-buy inspections of planned purchase or additional leased aircraft. Scheduled inspections will be performed at a fixed rate cost for each year of the contract.
