The Housing Authority of the City of Vancouver is seeking sewer inspection services for Cougar Creek Apartments to determine the material andconditions of lateral and secondary sewer lines existing outside the buildings through site cleanouts. Work must be completed and a report provided to the VHA no later than December 22, 2023. A non-mandatory walkthrough will take place on December 12, 2023 at 10:30 AM on-site.
