NOAA's Marine Operations Center, Acquisition, Accountability, and Analysis Branch, intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), with Appleton Marine Inc. for the procurement of Appleton Knuckleboom and Telescoping marine crane parts. Appleton Marine is the sole provider of replacement parts for telescoping, knuckleboom, and winch cranes manufactured by Appleton Marine Inc.
Provide floating barge crane service to remove the Appleton Marine Crane Model KB20-10-50 Boom and associated parts from the Coast Guard cutter as specified in the attached scope of work. Removal date March 30th.
