REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Alaska Aerospace Corporation (AAC) is requesting the re-issuance of an Interagency Land Management Assignment (ILMA) for the purposes of operating and maintaining an orbital launch facility and for other aerospace-related activities. The ILMA will allow AAC to provide launch capabilities for Low Earth Orbit (LEO) polar, sun synchronous, and high inclination orbits. The ILMA encompasses 10,853 acres more or less.

The purpose of this task order modification for follow-on services is to build upon the completed research work under FACTRS and extend this research to enable it to respond to recent developments and allow it to be further operationalized for application and use by the Agency, Interagency and external stakeholders.

The incumbent is expected to contribute to agency technical preparations for annual planning, implementation, analysis and reporting while ensuring that monitoring and evaluation functions feed into continuous learning and application for the Infectious Disease Team, within the interagency space, and with host country counterparts.
