The Vendor will provide professional services on integrating economic analysis tool to OPPs planning and programming process.
The consultant shall study the corridors, provide recommendations, and develop preliminary engineering plans for a preferred concept for final design. Recommendations will consider different alignments, sections, and design concepts to meet the goals of the NCIP project application (Appendix C). The study will consider the associated costs for design, right-of-way acquisition (if necessary), environmental mitigations, and construction.
