HELPDESK SUPPORT The City supports over 150 End Users, who use approximately 35 applications. The vendor is expected to provide 24/7/365 fulltime help desk support in administering to the Citys IT needs. This includes end user support and cyber security training, department level systems and capital needs planning, and input into major system enhancements.
